Welcome to a 2-week journey towards improved fitness and better health. Our 2-week fitness program is a research-based time-efficient way to boost your health,keep well and it fits both those who hate and those who love exercise..The endurance activities are described as walking or running, but feel free to swim, cycle, row or perform any other activity that involves dynamic work with large muscle groups.

We are a global super team of pro; that not only caters to fighters, athletes and training enthusiasts, but also to the “average Joe” looking to lose weight, get fit, or make a lifestyle change while training alongside a diverse and motivated group of students.
In this training, you will develop the skills to teach yoga to others. You will study the form and function of asana (yoga poses), the foundations of pranayama (breath work), and the basics of meditation. Plus, yoga theory & practice, yoga history & philosophy, basic Sanskrit, spiritual healing and yoga teacher ethics & boundaries. Wellness centre and spa with daily yoga classes, herbal steam room, full service spa, fitness room, and comprehensive 5 and 9 day fasts. Guests undergoing a detox programme enjoy easy and complimentary access to the adjacent Beach Republic, the island’s first and original Ocean Club and the perfect place to chill as you go through your cleanse.
Our 9 day detox is the most popular for bringing the body back into balance. Even if you have never gone through a detox before, the programme delivers great results, leaving you cleansed, and lighter in body and mind. The shorter 5 day programme is for those with limited time, and is slightly less intense, but still delivers clearly noticeable results. While not required, it is recommended that you allow an additional one or two nights on either side of your detox to ease in and out of the programme.
