Yogatraining4u offers daily yoga classes. These classes are specifically designed for those who are unable to pursue the majestic science due to lack of time. With these classes, the yogis can enroll for yoga practice on a daily basis or a weekly basis and undergo the reformative curriculum that is the heart of yoga. These classes are also ideal for those who understand the art and wish to continue their practice in a well-defined group setting under the esteemed guidance of respected yoga teachers
These classes are offered in authentic traditional styles of yoga namely, Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga. Those who wish to explore the theoretical aspects of the great science can avail daily sessions on subjects like Yoga Philosophy, Mantra Chanting, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama, etc.

An ancient practice of creating mental oneness within the body and spirit, Meditation is a much renowned and widely practiced science in the globe. Our daily meditation classes range from Yog Nidra, Chakra Cleansing, Osho meditations, Trataka, Visualization, etc. The practitioners find solace and experience internal bliss and contentment during these classes.

The study of Ashtanga Yoga happens through a series of stages that involve the flow of breath with the practice of various asanas in an unobstructed, harmonious rhythm. Ashtanga Yoga practice is much more intense than Hatha Yoga as its exercises the gaze (focus), bandhas (locks), prana (breath) and movement of a body and mind in a single continuous motion.
Hatha Yoga teaches us how to utilize the force of body and mind to remain still in a certain asana and a firm state of mind. This helps us realize the presence of two opposing elements in our body -- the hot and cold, the sun and moon, the male and female, the power and the creation. During these classes, you shall learn how to join the body, mind and soul into a single element.
The class shall concentrate on the following practices that form the core of Hatha Yoga in the most authentic form:
Asana (postures)
Pranayama (expansion of prana)
Mudras and Bandhas (gesture and locks)
Shat Kriya(six cleansing processes)
Nadausandhana ( Meditation on sound)
Yoga on hanging cloth

What should I bring to the workout?
Wear your usual workout clothes and bring a water bottle, a towel and a big attitude. We’ll do the rest.
How do we select the music?
Music selection is an extensive process that involves us searching through music for hours and hours to find specific beats per minute and beats that stay true to the essence of our program. We then fine-tune the music (speeding up, slowing down or extending pieces of music) to adapt it to fit the workout and to include sound effects to emphasise key moments. We obsess over these details to turn a good fitness experience into an amazing one.
It is based on time intervals so we also need to select (or create) pieces of music that fit perfectly with the work and recovery times for each block of work. You also need different music to motivate you through each stage of the workout, so the music in each block is chosen to push you to your max, and then to bring you down to re-set and rest in the breaks and recoveries.
