Mixed martial arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport that allows both striking and grappling, both standing and on the ground, using techniques from other combat sports and martial arts We offer a variety of classes including mixed martial arts, boxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, grappling, fitness / cross training, and yoga.
The MMA program features pad work, sparring, and grappling techniques. They run a grappling only class twice a week that features technique and ground sparring. The facility regularly holds seminars and have guest instructors to make sure your training is constantly varied and that you are exposed to a variety of styles! There are also frequent gradings to make sure you can progress through the jiu-jitsu belt system.
